We started a token system for Arthur to earn his own toys since about 2 weeks ago. It seems to work pretty well.
Before that, Arthur has been a trouble maker in school and has been called to the director's office several times and I have been called to pick up Arthur early because he was not allowed to stay in school.
In particular in the last 4 days, he has been doing very well -- no trouble at all, following the rules etc.
